This collection contains oral history interviews with Illinois firefighters detailing their experiences on the frontlines of the COVID-19 Pandemic. These resources were created as part of a grant funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) to the Illinois Fire Service Institute Library for 2021-2022 titled “Experienced-Based Knowledge Management Initiatives to Support Illinois Firefighters’ Dynamic Needs in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.”
