Abstract
This photo--taken in Cotacachi, Ecuador during qualitative field research--shows women gathering to dance and sing before a workshop on women's rights given in a number of local communities. Informational workshops are routinely offered by organizers to increase awareness of local and national laws supporting women's access to health care, family planning, and gender equity.
