Course Description:
The course explores the pervasive role of culture in human development. Students will examine the enculturation and socialization of identity and gender, social behaviors, child rearing, cognition, personality, language, motivations, and emotions. Empirical findings will be applied to health care, education, work settings, psychological disorders and mental health issues
