Abstract
"This paper uses a series of data indicators to assess the likelihood that neighborhoods in Ohio's Cuyahoga and Summit counties identified as ""high-opportunity"" by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency will retain high levels of job accessibility in the near future. It also measures the degree to which these neighborhoods provide the kinds of environment that promote long-term upward income mobility for children, using a mobility index based on the work of Chetty, et al. (2014)."
