Abstract

This project consists of two phases: 1) aims to develop an interactive data portal that promotes better communication between a client planning agency, the public, and other government agencies based upon data collection and organization; 2) aims to develop a report card of the transportation system in the region based on the data collected, organized for, and downloaded from the data portal.
