Andrew Benedict-Nelson and Cory Garfin of GreenHouse, both Innovators in Residence at the University of Southern California's School of Social Work, lead a conversation in which the 2015 Pre-doctoral Fellows reflect on their experiences of the workshop, contemplate the skills and abilities provided by their academic training and expertise, and consider their next steps on innovative career paths within and beyond academia.
