Abstract
Cecil Dearborne, head of ThoughtWorks' Associate Consultant Program for North America, discusses this 24-month learning and working experience. The program commences with a five-week immersive learning experience at the ThoughtWorks University in India, followed by an entry-level consulting position in one of the ThoughtWorks offices for the duration of the program. More generally Dearborne presents the challenges and rewards of careers in IT consulting, innovation, and idea generation, with the 2015 Fellows asking lively questions throughout.
