Abstract
The Gates Foundation has awarded a grant to the Mortenson Center to develop stand-alone leadership training materials that will work in different countries and cultures. This talk present lessons from pilot testing in Namibia and Myanmar that will lead to revised materials for further trainings in Armenia and other countries.
