Abstract
The City of Danville, Illinois, proposed creating a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district in the Midtown and Western Gateway areas of the city. The goal for the redevelopment areas is tri-fold: to return these areas to prosperous commercial corridors, to develop new business and retain existing ones and to enhance the visual environment.
