Abstract
In answering the first question, an observer's perspective is taken using rich description of the classroom teaching pedagogy. Question two is answered through the presentation of numerous interviews, observations, and document analysis efforts unveiling Mr. Thode's vision for his program. The third question is considered through the presentation of student responses to a survey questionnaire, actual student work, and parent and former student interviews. Finally, the last question addresses desired educational outcomes and implementability. The conclusion and discussion section describes key elements of transferability and presents information and conceptual models that could be useful in implementing similar programs elsewhere.
