Abstract
Following the comprehensive characterization of the novel cell line, we infected the OBGF400 cells with ADY and investigated the ensuing comprehensive gene expression profile in comparison to a non-neuronal cell line, again by utilizing the Affymetrix array chip. The conducted studies exerted a highly cell-specific transcriptional response with neuron-specific attributes in the swine neuronal cell line.
