Abstract
An activity-interest model was developed and implemented in a program called CITY INFO-PLUS, which represents information via boundary objects in a dynamic contextual manner. This application demonstrates a way for operationalizing the theoretical concept of boundary objects that is taken from the social sciences. An evaluation study of CITY INFO-PLUS was also conducted and the results obtained are presented and discussed.
