Abstract
In Chapter 5, among other things, we give a new simple proof that ideals generated by c-sequences are of linear type (by adapting a theorem of K. Raghavan about d-sequences), prove that initial subsequences of c-sequences are again c-sequences and deduce that every c-sequence is a sequence of linear type.
