Recommendations were made to: conduct nation-wide longitudinal endeavors which best assist in student achievement of academic goals; and research ODS personnel's perception of quality and quantity of services, adequacy of resources, satisfaction of students with services rendered, job satisfaction, and suggested areas of improvement and policy change.
