Abstract
The second part of the study analyzes photographs, folkloric performances, and social events such as the fishermen strikes. It shows how the visual has taken over the representation of Le Pays bigouden, and how the inhabitants have also taken over the decision making of their own destiny, which until recently was mostly that of the Parisian centralized power.
