Abstract
The measured quantitative velocity data can be used to evaluate ventilation equipment and system design by manufacturers, optimize performance of ventilation equipment and systems, optimize environment of animals in different ages and stages, and validate numeric models. This measurement method is part of a larger study of airflow patterns, aerosol spatial distribution, ventilation effectiveness and airborne contaminant control strategies.
