Abstract
The study concluded that the pedagogical approach developed by Arnold Jacobs applied to trumpet pedagogy and performance with one modification. Further studies were required to demonstrate that Jacobs' pedagogical approach applied to elementary, intermediate, and trumpet players of popular music.
