Abstract
Investigating the biochemical properties of the IRAK-4 DD led to a series of molecular recognition experiments with MyD88. In vitro transcription and translation pull-down experiments performed with IRAK-4 DD and MyD88 suggest that the ID of MyD88 might mediate this interaction.
