Abstract
In some portions of our work, we make progress by focusing on performance metrics that are approximations of the quality of service measures that precisely describe the network's operation, and we establish optimality results with respect to these derived metrics. In other parts, we are able to identify the exact limits without any approximations. Among the main contributions of our work are the engineering guidelines for the deployment of optimal multiuser interference management techniques, in various wireless network settings.
