Abstract
An automatic extractor of the equivalent circuit model of high-speed circuits is given. The extractor is integrated with computer-aided-design (CAD) tools. The design files are parsed and design information is projected on the Yee-like mesh. The generated parallel FDTD codes are deployed in a cluster environment.
