Abstract
I present a model-independent measurement of the ratio of branching fractions BD+s→ fp+ /BD0→K +p- by partially reconstructing the decay B0→D*+s D*- . Using 8.9fb-1 of on-resonance data collected with the CLEO II detector at CESR and the known value of BD0→K +p- , I determine BD+s→ fp+ = (2.45 +/- 0.42(stat.) +/- 0.19(syst.))%.
