Abstract
"A study of the decay D0 → K+pi-pi+pi - is presented. This ""wrong-sign"" decay can proceed through either a doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decay or mixing to a D¯0 followed by the Cabibbo-favored (or ""right-sign"") decay D0 → K-pi+pi-pi +. The Cabibbo-favored decay is used as a normalization for the wrong-sign decay. A detailed description of the fitting procedure, including extensive tests, is also included."
