Abstract
Based on the findings of the SSISSPT construct validation study, increasing the number of items in each subtest, field testing the test items before using them in the operational test, equating the test forms from year to year, keeping the same number of items for primary content areas as well as for secondary content areas, and collecting further background information on examinees were recommended for the future forms of the test.
