Abstract

Remix Planning: A planning approach that aims to reconstruct communities damaged by natural disasters by using successful global examples to create a sustainable and ecofriendly city. Taking advantage of my international childhood experience, I researched a planning method that I invented that remixes other countries successful examples of planning methods to apply it a city on the Himalayan Mountain called Murree. Some of the strategies I used was from Weizhou Town in China, model mater plan of Greensburg at Kansas, and Architectural construction that is earthquake proof from the rehabilitation of Haiti.
