Abstract
A principal goal of the IMLS Digital Collections and Content (DCC) project is to promote interoperability among digital collections funded through the National Leadership Grant (NLG) program. This white paper discusses barriers that have been identified in the IMLS NLG community toward sharing metadata through OAI-PMH.
