Abstract
Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments adopted its current Long-Range Transportation Plan in December 2009. Many of the objectives and the performance measures were vague, lacked specific points to work toward, or were hard to measure. This report contains an update of the goals, objectives, and performance measures related to the 2009 Plan. These goals and objectives provide specific directions to work toward, along with strategies to achieve objectives and performance measures to track progress toward each objective.
