"The University District Development Association has a vision of the Spokane University District as a ""live/learn/work/play confluence of innovation, discovery, entrepreneurship, scholarship, and neighborhood development that provides an ongoing stream of economic growth and business opportunity for the region."" The goal of this project is to provide information to the board as it answers the question, ""What organization structure or mechanism should develop the University District?"""
