Abstract
The objective of this study is to gauge the current attitudes and practices regarding water use among soldiers training at the Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center in Indiana. The results of the survey directed the creation of a training and awareness campaign designed to make water conservation a bigger priority for soldiers executing their official duties in a safe training environment before entering areas of conflict. A second round of surveys administered after the implementation of the campaign produced promising indicators and supported the campaign's potential to influence attitudes and behaviors.
