Abstract
"The primary objective of this report is to analyze the future potential of a new high-speed rail station in Downtown Champaign and make the area a ""hub"" for major activities serving various users living and arriving in the city. This study represents the first step in a process of HSR station planning in a manner that is economically efficient, socially meaningful and environmentally responsible."
