Abstract
The study of Illinois Oligochceta has been mostly confined to collections of the Illinois State Laboratory of Natural History, made near the Biological Station at Havana, 111., and in the vicinity of the University of Illinois, at Urbana; it is probable, therefore, that several species occur in the State which are not included in the following list. Thus far no attention has been given to the Diseodrilidu and but little to the Enchytneidce of the State.
