Abstract

"This Capstone Report (Short Plan) is a reference guide to orient readers to the 2014 Urbana Bicycle Master Plan and the Urbana Park District Trails Master Plan's planning process, goals and objectives, and design recommendations. The plans' intentions are to have the bicycle and trail network in Urbana to be interconnected in the future. The report is named, ""Moving Beyond Bronze,"" as it reflects the city's desire and planning efforts to go beyond its current bronze-level Bicycle-Friendly Community award and achieve the Silver award by 2020 and the gold by 20130."
