- Abstract
- Paul Knight of Magna Systems, Inc. conducted a site visit for the Little Earth of United Tribes Housing Corporation (LEUTHC) that administers the housing program for the Little Earth of United Tribes in Minneapolis, MN, on April 27th and April 29th. He was joined by Kate Brown of Building Research Council on April 29th. Both individuals conducted a mold and moisture training session for the LEUTHC staff on the morning of April 30th. The team also provided technical assistance to LEUTHC in assessing mold and moisture conditions in housing units. This report summarizes activities and issues addressed while on site. A detailed analysis of findings and recommendations is found in PART II: Little Earth of United Tribes Housing Corporation Technical Housing Assessment Report: Examining Mold and Moisture Conditions of Homes at the Little Earth of United Tribes.
