Abstract
This circular is intended (1) to guide the homeowner in the selection of plumbing fixtures and related accessories, and (2) to give him an understanding of the problems connected with installing the water-supply and waste-disposal systems within the house. It is assumed that a safe and continuous supply of water is available either from a city main or from a private well, and that sewage disposal facilities are also available.
