Supplemental video from Wesseln et al. (in prep): Superresolution structured illumination microscopy (SR-SIM) 2D image stacks of the grass pollen Dactylis glomerata that show surface texture in each focal plane, the maximum intensity projection, and the 3D rendered surface.
