Abstract
Supplemental video from Wesseln et al. (in prep): Laser scanning high resolution differential interference contrast (LS-HR-DIC) 2D image stacks of the grass pollen Themeda avenacea that show surface texture in each focal plane and orthogonal sections that show the surface at multiple angles.
