Abstract
"I was fascinated one day while performing an experiment on the Single Molecule Total Internal Microscope. As I Switched off the lights of the room, and powered my green laser I saw a nice beautiful diffraction pattern of the laser on the wall as well as the instrument itself was looking amazing in the dark, I stopped for a while admired the colors of the laser and then decided to capture this moment. Finally, with a happy smile on my face I conducted my experiment. So, as the Title goes ""LIGHT IN THE DARK"""
