Abstract
This guide is the third in a series of manuals designed to aid users and potential users of the CHILL radar (designed and developed jointly by the University of CHicago and the ILLinois State Water Survey. This manual is intended to serve as a detailed reference guide to the operation of the radar and data system. The CHILL system is a research radar and therefore it is subject to frequent modification and development. Since the contents of this document will be updated frequently, the user should verify that the most recent revision of this document is in use.
