Abstract
This paper demonstrates surface mountable LED system. In this research, the
integrated LED system on ultra-thin film was successfully fabricated. This system
consists of light emitting diodes, diode, capacitor, antenna, and associated metal
interconnection and is encapsulated with polymeric material. Also, the system has open
meshed structures, which are mechanically flexible and stretchable. We transfer-printed
our system on fabric material, metal sheet, and even skin.
