Abstract
Recently, the study of the propagation of plasma packet which is localized ionization region in microchannel array plasma has been discussed in LOPE. For the detail information of these phenomena, supported by Professor Sung-Jin Park, this work is focused on the observation of optical interference between a symmetric part of circular microchannels array having the Wi-Fi shape.
The channel is also applied to the two types of dielectric barrier discharge devices which have different materials and structures. One of the devices was fabricated with only glasses and the other device was created with glass and nanostructured alumina (Al2O3). By comparing the two devices, development of optical interference was analyzed by electrical and optical method. Moreover, the plasma interference pursuant to the image of intensity was analyzed. From this data, the study of optical interference is applied to bith the signal processing area and the plasma control system.
