Abstract
This paper consists in the descriptive analysis of a pedagogic experience carried out using a blended learning model in the College of Engineering (Facultad de Ingeniería y Ciencias Económico-Sociales) at the Universidad Nacional
de San Luis, at the beginning of 2007. It was a postgraduate course called: “Educación Superior en el Nuevo Milenio. Cómo transformar la oferta académica presencial en semi-presencial o a distancia”.
The authors of this paper belong to the research project which organized it. The course was aimed at all the university professors interested in getting the training necessary to design courses using a blended model.
The data were collected through observation and two questionnaires to students, one at the beginning and the other at the end of the course. The main objective of this paper was to analyze the above mentioned experience in relation to its quality
and usefulness, the amount of people who benefited from it and the students’ needs, among other things, to continue providing training that satisfies the demands of this institution.
This is the default collection for all research and scholarship developed by faculty, staff, or students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
