Abstract
For our video research project, we wanted to discover and identify different forms of discrimination against the physically disabled on the U of I campus. We interviewed four members of the wheelchair basketball team on campus (men's team), and while we had planned on interviewing the women's team as well, those interviews unfortunately fell through.
This collection examines ways in which the U.S. university and the American college experience are affected by diversity, and difference. In particular, these student projects examine experiences of diversity on campus, including important contemporary social, cultural, and political debates on equity and access to university resources.
