Abstract
The audio research project we conducted was the creation of an audio podcast in an area of interest. our specific choice was concerned with detailing information surrounding the (lack of) competition for disabled athletes on campus. We investigated why there were so few teams and sports available and how current student athletes felt about how the University currently handles disability in sports. The podcast consists of two separate interviews and a scripted commentary.
This collection examines ways in which the U.S. university and the American college experience are affected by diversity, and difference. In particular, these student projects examine experiences of diversity on campus, including important contemporary social, cultural, and political debates on equity and access to university resources.
This collection examines the influence of globalization on the university and the university's place in a burgeoning world market for higher education.
