Abstract
"At the end of its 2011 fiscal year, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Library set out to perform a systematic study of the use of its ebook collection. This poster highlights the difficulties encountered in data collection, the methods used to circumvent them, and what ""good data"" from publishers entails. This poster was presented at The 4th International Conference on Qualitative and Quantitative Methods in Libraries in Limerick, Ireland."
