Abstract
My research question focused on how non-native English speakers' writing has become influenced by English and their first language. I looked at my two interviewees' first languages, how much they speak the language, in what context they speak that particular language learning process to develop their English, their growth in writing, and their comfort levels within English. I wanted to see how my interviewees' writing developed with their fluency in the English language.
