Abstract
What is the role of the Interfaith movement on this campus? I looked into the Interfaith in Action RSO and examined the motives, structure and impact. Who are they and what do they do? How do their activities achieve these goals? How effective are they on the UIUC campus? Is there a connectedness/awareness between religious RSOs? What obstacles has Interfaith run in to and what accomplishments do they have?

Introduction to the study of Muslims in the United States and broadly the history of Islam in the Americas. Using a comparative approach, we study how the historical narrative of African American and Latino Muslims relates to newer immigrant populations, primarily Arab American and South Asian American Muslim communities.
The university offers an extraordinary opportunity to study and document student communities, life, and culture. This collection includes research on the activities, clubs, and durable social networks that comprise sometimes the greater portion of the university experience for students.
