This project describes the professional life of Dr. Laura J. Huelster (born in 1906). On the basis of archival information and interviews, the results shows that Huelster graduated from the University of Illinois with a major in physical education and she later accepted a job as an assistant in the department of Physical Education and became more involved in the Women’s Athletic Association. The study provides information on further accomplishments she made during her career.
