Abstract
For better or worse, both PREMIS and METS allow for a multitude of flexible options with regard to making relationships between both internal and external entities. Individual implementers and users will need to weigh the options and choose which linking method or combination of methods best meets their own needs. This report describes the various options and weighs the pros and cons for each.
