Abstract
This paper describes a collaborative project between the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pristina in building a program of study in telecommunications in Kosovo. This has not only been been a notable service project for the University of Pittsburgh, it is also a way to begin extending the iSchool concept into developing economies like Kosovo.
