Abstract

Conference presentation for SAA 2023 Annual Meeting: Although our profession is becoming increasingly interested in reparative description, there are few formal communities, guidelines, or resources to guide this work into the future. In this session, we share findings from research interviews, which revealed that archivists are confronted with similar challenges but lack a forum (or commons) to share their experiences and receive feedback and guidance. Join us to workshop an organizational maturity model and learn how to move this work forward.
