Abstract
An AI scientist, a general artificial intelligence capable of automated scientific discovery, must be equipped with up-to-date and valid scientific knowledge. Yet, we are still far away from a dynamic, quality-aware knowledge infrastructure. We demonstrate two research projects that lay the conceptual foundations for key functional components of such a knowledge infrastructure: (1) determining the impact of citing unreliable resources and (2) tracking changes in scientific consensus.
